Brand Discovery & Competitive Analysis

Before we ever meet in person, we do our homework.

Every engagement begins with a detailed competitive analysis prepared by our MBA-level research team. Depending on the scope, this is typically 50 pages or more of market intelligence — competitor positioning, messaging gaps, audience overlap, pricing analysis, visual identity audits, and market trend data specific to your industry and geography.

We don't show this report to you during the in-person workshop. That's intentional. The workshop is designed to access your instincts and emotions, not your analytical mind. But the competitive analysis informs every question we ask, every exercise we facilitate, and every strategic recommendation we make.

You're getting the benefit of hundreds of hours of research without it contaminating the creative discovery.

Discovery Report

After the competitive analysis is complete, we compile our initial findings into a Discovery Report that identifies key opportunities, market white space, and preliminary strategic directions. This sets the stage for the in-person workshop.

The Brand Soul Disruption Workshop

This is where the real work happens.

We meet in person. A real conference room. Whiteboard. Worksheets. No death-by-PowerPoint, no committees, no design-by-consensus. I facilitate a series of exercises that get progressively deeper — from how your brand shows up in the market, to the subconscious patterns that make your ideal customer say yes before they can explain why.

Brand Soul Discovery — We define who you are, who you're not, and what emotional territory you own. Not your elevator pitch. Your actual identity.

Personality & Archetype Mapping — Using the 12 Jungian archetypes organized around four Universal Human Desires, we identify the 2–3 archetypes that define your brand's motivation, voice, and emotional pull. We also use our proprietary Ancient Archetype framework — adapted from major arcana principles dating back to Egyptian and Mesopotamian cultures. We are the first agency to do this.

Persona-Archetype Integration — Traditional personas tell you who your customer is. Archetypes tell you why they buy. We integrate both — demographics and psychographics with the subconscious decision patterns that make your marketing resonate at a gut level, not just a logical one.

Disruption Strategy — To stand out amongst the competition, it's often better to stand somewhere else completely. We identify the white space in your market and build a positioning strategy that makes your competitors irrelevant.
