Brand Persona

What it is

Brand persona is your brand's personality described as if it were a person. If your brand walked into a room, how would it dress? How would it talk? What would it order at the bar?

Why it matters

A defined persona keeps your communication consistent whether you're writing an email, posting on Instagram, or designing a billboard. Without one, your brand's personality shifts depending on who's creating content that day.

The mistake most people make

Confusing brand persona with buyer persona. Your brand persona is who you are. Your buyer persona is who your customer is. They should complement each other, but they're not the same thing.
